Ran 2 miles in 27:42. Felt really hard bc I actually counted the two minute warmup. Faster than when I did it last week at 28 minutes. Here are my eats for day 3 of the competition.

i really want to be one of those women you see in the mornings running outside checking their time and looking so fit in their tights, sports bra and pony tail swinging! i am working up to running!!!
ReplyDeleteRunning is really simple. All you have to do is go out there and put one foot in front of the other. The speed is based on the distance. The farther that you want to go the slower you need to run in order to reach your goal. Try it one day on the treadmill. It really isn't that difficult.
